Weight Loss Over 40 Plus: Is Back

I Am Back
I have been down and out commission for awhile, but I am back.

After the weight loss I got injured which slow me down a bit. But now we up and back in the game, so let's get the ball rolling again.

This is a place for you to gain knowledge on how the live healthier and enjoy a fuller life. When I was 340 pounds my quality of life SUCKED big time. Now at 243 an going down, life has so many more opportunities I cannot believe it.

I will be giving some free mp3 recording that really help me in my weight loss journey. It is an easy plan to lose weight.
