Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 8


Week 8 an still going strong, Easter Sunday was tough with all the family over. My wife and daughter cooked a great meal. All I could do was smell the food, those calories do not hurt my progress. I drank my 5 protein supplements and 144 oz of water. My strength and energy is still up by using my True Essentials. I feel great and my health is so much better today.

  1. Spin Bike 48 mins (16-17 miles)
  2. Tai Chi for balance and flexibility
  3. 3 miles walking this week.
Here is the payoff. Weigh in this week was 282 pounds.

Please forgive me for being late with this Post.

This week was very good took my 5 supplements and drank my 144 0z of water.

  1. Spin Bike raised my time to 50 mins ( 16 to 17 miles)
  2. Walked 2 miles twice this week
  3. I added Tai Chi for balance and flexibility
Weigh in weight on Wednesday was 288.5 pounds.

Week 6: Sticking to the plan 5 supplements a day and drinking my 144 oz of water.

  1. Spin Bike 46 mins everyday
  2. Walking 2 miles twice a week
Feeling good taking my True Essentials. My energy level is up, my sex drive is off the charts, and life is really good.

Weigh in weight: 297 lbs. I will never see 300 again.

I have maintain my discipline with the 5 supplement and 144 0z of water, no cheating.

  1. Spin Bike up to 46 mins everyday
  2. Had to stop using my Gazelle because of a bad hip ( to much pain)
  3. Starting to use Tai Chi for balance and flexible.


Today's weigh in was 303 lbs
