Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 8
Week 8 an still going strong, Easter Sunday was tough with all the family over. My wife and daughter cooked a great meal. All I could do was smell the food, those calories do not hurt my progress. I drank my 5 protein supplements and 144 oz of water. My strength and energy is still up by using my True Essentials. I feel great and my health is so much better today.
- Spin Bike 48 mins (16-17 miles)
- Tai Chi for balance and flexibility
- 3 miles walking this week.
