Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 13


Lucky week 13: This was the last week of the 5 supplements, next week we take 4 supplements and 3 oz of protein or 1/2 cup of beans. Still drinking the 144 oz of water, taking my True Essentials nutrient pack and I feel great and very strong. Back to my daily routine after Vegas and here is the progress report.

  1. Spin Bike 49 mins every day (19-19.5 miles)
  2. Walking 4 miles (3 times a week)
  3. Tai Chi
Weigh in Weight 263 pounds. A loss of 6 pounds this week.

Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 12

Week 12 was a tough week, went to Las Vegas over the weekend. Spend most of my time a the Ball Park watching my Son's Slow Pitch Tournament Team play. This was the first time I have been taken out of my routine during this weight loss program. Did not take all my supplement drinks, I substituted Subway in it's place. Did not have access to a Spin Bike so I walk the 4 mile area of the Ball Park. I did take my True Essentials supplement pack everyday I was there and had energy to spare.

  1. Walked 4 miles Saturday and Sunday
  2. Tai Chi
  3. Spin Bike Monday thru Friday 49 mins (19 miles)
weigh in: 269 pounds ( not bad for change in my program this week)

I was able to maintain a weight loss and kept my energy level up by watching what I ate. Taken a very good Pharmaceutical Supplement True Essentials has changed my life for the better.

Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 11

Week 11: 70 pounds lost to date. My weight loss has slowed down. I think because my body is getting used to the workout program. I will change it up this week by adding strength training. The cardio (spin bike) has done a lot for my conditioning and endurance. I can not express enough how a very good pharmaceutical grade supplement helps.....True Essentials. I know at 800 calories a day without them I could not workout as hard as I do and get the results I do.

  1. Spin Bike 49mins at 18-19 miles everyday.
  2. Gazelle twice a week 35 mins
  3. Tai Chi everyday
  4. walking 3 miles
Weigh in: 270 pounds.

Week 10 it was my worst week for a good reason. This was the week of my 39th Wedding Anniversary. I took my wife out for Italian which is not on the program. The other six days I did my 5 supplements and drank my 144 0z 0f water. Taking my True Essentials have kept my energy levels high and I feel great.

  1. Spin Bike 46 mins ( 17- 18 miles)
  2. Gazelle 35 mins ( 2 days)
  3. walk 3 miles
  4. Tai Chi
weigh in weight 274 pounds

Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 9

Week 9 I feel fine as vintage wine. Following the program, setting my goals, knocking them down one at a time, and staying on target. Taking my 5 supplements a day, drinking the 144 oz of water, and faithful to my workout program.

  1. Spin Bike 46mins everyday (16-17 miles)
  2. Tai Chi for stretching and balance
  3. 3 miles walked a week
  4. Clean my charcoal bar-b-que for the summer cookouts
Anything you do beyond your daily routine is exercise and will burn calories.

Believe me when I say taking my True Essentials supplement pack has kept my energy levels high and me feeling great. Before I was tired all the time, falling asleep in the middle of the day and general feeling like crap. Being 59 is a whole different world than 19.

Weigh in: 276 pounds and going strong to my goal.
