Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 4

Followed my program to the letter Drank my 144 oz of water, took my 5 daily supplements, and my True Essentials for energy.

  1. Spin Bike 45 mins on Even Days
  2. Gazelle 30 mins on Odd Days
Weigh in 310 lbs

I guess slow and steady win the weight loss race. We will hit our goal weight of 210 lbs. Please check back in for more progress.

I have been good and stay on the five supplement drinks a day. I have drank my 128 oz of water, taken my True Essentials, and exercised.

  1. Spin Bike I am up to 45 min. even days
  2. Gazelle 30 min. odd days
Weigh in 316 lbs.

A little off my average but I will make it up next week. My goal weight is 210 lbs, please come back to see my progress on changing my life.

Weight Loss Over 40 Plus...Week 2

Here it is my first weigh in: I started at 340 lbs, I lost 7 lbs the week before I started my Positive Choice program. So my starting weight was 333 lbs and my weigh in weight was 323 lbs. I am on track to lose 10 lbs a week. My target weight is 210 lbs, I have a muscular build with a lot fat on it.

My daily routine:
  1. rise and shine at 6:00am
  2. 40 minute 12 mile workout on my spin bike on my even days
  3. 30 minute workout on my Gazelle ( just starting to build up to the full 90 minute) on odd days
  4. drink my meals every 3 hours
  5. drinking a 128 oz of water a day
Still taking my True Essentials
Which gives me my energy and strength to do my daily routine.

Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record..... Week 1


This will be a daily account of my weight loss progress, I hope it helps some of you with your weight loss.

Through my medical plan they offer a health service program most of them free.
  1. Stop smoking
  2. diabetes management.
  3. chronic pain management
  4. Vegetarian classes
  5. Positive Choice (weight for life, slim track, and optifast)
  6. Bariatric Surgery (stomach bypast) free
  7. weight management classes.
I have done the chronic pain management classes for a bad knee and hip. The vegetarian to change my eating habits. I am now 1/4 of the way through Bariatic Surgery ( 24 weeks of classes) and just start the Postive Choice class using optifast (26 weeks of classes).

In the beginning of the Bariatic Surgery classes I weight 340 lbs. Starting the Postive Choice class I weight 333. The 12 pounds was loss by keeping a food journal and a little exercise (going from 20min-45mins every other day on a spin bike). With the optifast added I expect to lose on average 10 pounds a week.

I have been using a multi nutritional pack called True Essentials for men, it has a packet for women too. The supplement has giving me a healthier and energy fill life. Before taking them I felt tired and sick all the time. One of the side affects for me as a man is the Virility Essential component of the packet. Sorry not to offend anyone but the sexual release feel is like when I was 17. I am 59 today.
