Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 11

Week 11: 70 pounds lost to date. My weight loss has slowed down. I think because my body is getting used to the workout program. I will change it up this week by adding strength training. The cardio (spin bike) has done a lot for my conditioning and endurance. I can not express enough how a very good pharmaceutical grade supplement helps.....True Essentials. I know at 800 calories a day without them I could not workout as hard as I do and get the results I do.

  1. Spin Bike 49mins at 18-19 miles everyday.
  2. Gazelle twice a week 35 mins
  3. Tai Chi everyday
  4. walking 3 miles
Weigh in: 270 pounds.

Staying focused on my goals, I am not discouraged by the slow down, this is a marathon not a sprint. Please return to follow my progress and I thank you for your interest.
