Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 16
Week 16: Down to 3 supplements a day and drinking my 144oz of water. Replacing supplements with 3 oz of protein or a 1/2 cups of beans, 1/2 cooked or 1 cup raw vegetables, and 1 piece of fruit. Still taking my True Essentials for men. There is a True Essentials for women too.
A Total weight loss of 84 pounds since I started. I am only half way to my goal but I will not stop until it is reached. So please return an follow my journey to a better and healthier life. Please start a program for you because you deserve it too.
- Spin Bike 49 mins (19-19.5 miles) every other day
- Gazelle 30 min workout other every day
- Total Gym John Carleo's 6-8 min 6 day workout
- Tai Chi
- 2.5 mile walks 3 times a week
