Weight Loss Over 40 Plus Daily Record.....Week 24

Week 24: It has been a uneventful week compare to the last 2. Trying to get back to a normal routine. I am watching what I eat, drinking my 128 oz of water, and taking my nutritional supplement packs. I have increased my workout routine by number of reps I am doing each set. Feeling pretty sore but feeling in better shape than when I was 20 and playing pro ball.

  1. Spin Bike still 49 mins but I double the resistance for a harder workout with less miles. (17.5 to 18) every other day.
  2. Gazelle is still a 30 min workout other every day.
  3. Total Gym 6-8 min was 2 sets of 8 reps is now 2 sets of 15 for each exercise.
  4. Tai Chi for balance and flexibility.
  5. Walking 5 miles this week
weigh in: 249 up 2.5 pounds but losing inches and gaining muscle.

Please if I sound like a broken record forgive, but this has been the best thing I have every done for me. My quality of life has improved by a 100%, I am able to do more things now, than before I started. Every day is a new adventure and I am not sitting on my fat ass waiting to die. Speed weight loss may cause a serios health problems so one shall really be carefull with that and the best option is to consultate with diet doctor...Even weight loss may lead to forming gallstones
